Arms for the Sleeveless Top

     Ladies - Aim for toned arms to slip into that sleeveless top

     Are you perplexed over what are the exercises that you can do for a toner arms? Consider
     these exercises below for shaping the shoulders, biceps and triceps. Now you can wave
     your arms without worrying about having "bat arms"!

     Each exercise is to be performed for 10 - 15 repetitions and repeated for 2 - 3 cycles. All you
     need are a pair of dumbbells 10 -15 pounds. 


Pushups - Narrow stance - working the triceps

Lateral raises

Dips on a raised platform / chair

Biceps Curl

Push ups - Wide stance (place palms wider than shoulder width apart) - working the shoulders.

If dumbbells are not available, consider filling plastic bottles of 1.5 liters to 2 liters as weights. Then, instead of doing repetitions,
repeat the exercise for 60 - 90 seconds.

Add these exercises to a cardio workout ( such as skipping or jumping jacks) and you would be on your way to the fitter and toned
physique. Best of all these exercises can also be done at home!
